Answer preview

Demonstrative evidence refers to proof presented to the jury and judges that lack probative value. However, it is essential to enhance the oral testimonies provided by witnesses, defendants, and plaintiffs. It clarifies the testimonies and offers a visual image to the triers of facts. Demonstrative evidence supports facts presented in a trial using models, tools, and pictures (May et al., 2014). The prosecutors will connect the substance of the oral information provided with demonstrative proof. The visual image obtained from this correlation will be applied in the deliberation of the case. It is a form of suggestive evidence that helps comprehend the entire case.
