Inclusion entails actions that ensure equal responsibilities, access, and provision of services to all people or those that would have otherwise been excluded (Boyle and Kennedy, 2019). Inclusion entails ensuring that each invidiously is treated equally and accorded the same resources necessary to lead a normal life. In my future role, more training would be important in ensuring that I am competent and have the right skills and capabilities needed to provide the best services to all people.
