Also, Muratbekova-Touron (2011)1 aims to compare Russian and French managers’ perceptions towards French and Russian management culture.  Muratbekova-Touron (2011) begins by saying that individual managers’ success heavily relies on their ability to understand and cope with cross-cultural differences.
