Finding staunch Christian employees is more complicated than hiring secular workers. Dealing with such an issue is not easy (Knight, 2019). However, such businesses can overcome this issue by falling back to the scripture’s teachings. In Luke 19:1-10, Jesus approached a sinner named Zacchaeus, and sort to convert him into a Christian. Christian businesses should adopt a similar approach to their hiring preferences. If a potential employee meets all other criteria other than being a Christian, employers should not shun then. Instead, they should seek to enlighten them on the value of embracing Christian values and show them the error of their ways. Doing this will make it easier for them to hire new employees (Knight, 2019).
