In a written paper of 1,500 words, evaluate the current forces driving change in your Nursing field or industry. As a leader, or considering the role of a leader, assess your organization and evaluate how well it is responding to the forces, and identify where there is a need for change (USE OF EHR, versus PAPER DOCUMENTATION in patient care). Develop a vision to inspire this change. Include the following:

- Develop a vision for change. Describe how this vision correlates with the organization’s mission, and how you will present this vision to internal stakeholders.
- Predict how you think your vision will assist internal stakeholders in supporting the change initiative. Identify potential considerations posed by stakeholders, and discuss how you will respond.

In contemporary American society, the public has become highly diverse, influencing the interactions of the police with the people in a multicultural environment (DeGeneste and Sullivan, 2017). The needs of the community members have become involved; thus, changes were made in the police agencies. A diversified strategy was employed whereby individuals from different races and ethnic backgrounds were recruited in the police force. This transformation was crucial to help in communication due to factors such as language barriers. Other enforced reforms as a result of the diverse society include hiring women into law enforcement agencies to meet the needs of the female gender was neglected. However, not all changes made are viewed as positive since discrimination against diverse populations such as African Americans is still rampant in the United States. Police brutality against individual members of the community due to race has become a major policing issue.
