The organization I work for uses E-learning for its staff members, both the existing workers and the newly recruited personnel. The company has embraced an internet-based learning mode for workers due to the convenience and flexibility of e-learning.
The training that the organization uses is on-the-job training. This approach entails placing the trainee on a particular task to learn the required skills and knowledge. The trainees are allowed to improve their learning through a computer as an electronic device. The strategy applied in this method is coaching. In coaching, training is enhanced by placing an employee under supervision by a senior staff member while using a computer-aided instruction device (Kavanagh, Thite, and Johnson, 2018).
