Answer preview
Today, organizations are adopting information technology to manage business processes. As a result, the information system (IS) has become an integral component in all sectors. IS for managing organizational data requires developers to incorporate organizational processes, which serve as data sources. For example, marketing provides market and customer data, which serves as inputs for management IS (MIS). However, during the development of IS, one should consider the components and types of MIS needed by a particular organization.
