Hypertension and heart failure are commonly diagnosed conditions in the United States. Since both conditions are linked, with numerous studies revealing that hypertension is a risk factor for heart failure, I will have to help hypertensive patients better manage the condition to reduce their chances of suffering from heart failure (Unudurthi et al., 2020). Furthermore, I will also leverage this knowledge to educate individuals and communities on the various preventive strategies they can implement to avoid suffering from the conditions (Unudurthi et al., 2020).
