Efficient organizational operation depends on each member fulfilling their part and trusting others to do their roles. Blake has been undermined by poor communication among its employees, especially on matters requiring interdepartmental cooperation. Poor information sharing culture has proved costly as the organization failed to process some customers’ inquiries and lost potential income (Groysberg & Baden, 2017). The organization has been unable to implement its plans and leverage new opportunities on multiple occasions because Sales, Finance, and Operations departments had a flawed collaborative framework.
