Timing is everything; vaccines can kill or make people very sick more especially those with auto-immune disorders. Many people have been having concerns about the side effects of the drug, Covid-19 vaccine has not fully been approved by Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on the risks it might cause to people, and that’s why it is approved for people above 16years who are healthy (Opel et al., 2021). Mandating the drug might be going against some religions that don’t believe in medications. Some religions believe that people heal due to prayers. It should be a concern when mandating a drug worldwide, as religious beliefs are supposed to be accommodated while passing a law. As a manager of a company, forcing all employees to be vaccinated can be risking you to court. Some employees have severe reactions to some medicines. Forcing them to receive the shot might bring a big heath impact on the employee, holding you as the manager accountable for the health issues.
