This is important for researchers as they build credibility on their work and hence can access more sources for funding for their current and future projects. In addition, by adhering to ethics, the researcher protects the rights and well-being of the participants of the study, ensuring they are protected from harm (Roth et al., 2018). During the training, ineffective communication among the team may cause a strain on the nursing research. The NIH requires the training faculty to contribute to formal and informal instructions for responsible research. Therefore, a lack of collaboration and inadequate communication may impact the training process. The training requirements are justified as they guide the training and set clear standards of how the training should take place.
