With the many different organizations, deciding which one to join can be challenging. However, the American nurses association (ANA) is one of the most recognizable nursing organizations that help promote nurses’ rights in the workplace. ANA is the organization I can involve in because it covers a broad scope of practice and offers comprehensive ways to help nurses stay on top of the nursing trends. Also, ANA exists to improve the nursing profession through encouraging high standards of nursing practice, and it will help me foster a safe and healthy working environment. With ANA, my health and wellness will be strengthened and help me deal with health care issues that arise during my practice.
