Answer previewOrganizational culture defines the collective set of beliefs, traditions, and values of an organization. Among the aspects that can be observed in criminal justice agencies’ culture include the use of force in their duties even when it is not necessary. This is very much evident in the law enforcement agencies and the correctional agencies. Another observable aspect is the disparity of their policies on communities of color. This is evident in their policies used to arrest and prosecute offenders, whereby suspects from the minority communities tend to be discriminated against (Lofstrom and Raphael, 2016). Another observable aspect is the violation of the due process when the agencies are dealing with immigrants. This is evident through the way they put in mandatory detention against their human rights.
