I have a broad theoretical knowledge relating to consultancy following in-depth research and exemplary performance in consultancy tests. To increase my technical consultancy, I desire field exposure. That way, I will have a real-time self-assessment of my progress in the course of technical competency. Secondly, interpersonal competency entails one’s ability to maintain positive relationships in the practice of the profession. Currently, I can sustain stable interpersonal relations with colleagues, effectively communicate ideas, offer support in conflict resolution, listen to colleagues’ issues, and help them accordingly. Nevertheless, I need more exposure to new cultural environments to perfect my intrapersonal competency. Lastly, I have substantial theoretical knowledge of consulting. To improve my competency, I desire more field exposure and different skills from mock consultant sessions.
