After the government adopts the policy, it must be taken into action. Therefore, the next component of policy development is policy implementation. At this state, the statute or the interpretation of the policy document becomes effective and enforced by law enforcement agencies. It is the institutions’ responsibility to implement the policy to interpret it and come up with measures for implementation. The last component of policy development and implementation is policy evaluation, which is very important in determining policy implementation’s success.
