You are a member of an operating room team. The hospital is reporting an increase in complication rates from your team. Choose one of the quality models and explain how you would use it to address the causes or the adverse events.

Answer previewSurgery is one of the standard methods applied to treat people suffering from different ailments. For many patients, surgery can be frightening due to complications associated with it. Fortunately, modern medicine reduces the level of complications. As a member of an operating room team that has been recording a high number of complications in the hospital, there are different quality models that I can propose. According to Hughes (2008), quality models are strategies utilized by the organization to reduce defects. One of the quality models that I may suggest to the team members is Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA).
