Easter celebrations are an essential component of the Christian faith.[1] The celebrations have been part and parcel of the Christian calendar for an extended period. Just like other traditions, Easter celebrations have evolved, mainly due to modernization. Even though certain aspects of the festivities have changed, most of the critical tenets of the festival have remained intact. Easter is a crucial time for Christians because it marks the day they celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
