Scarlet Hospital is the not for profit health organization located and in Walnut Grove. The organization has a 350-bed capacity, and it focuses on the provision of quality services. The provision of quality health helps the organization improve its competitive advantage. The opening of the highway that connects Salem, which is the main town with Walnut Grove, unravels a challenge to the company. It has created the new level of competition for Scarlet Health organization as the big Health organizations from Salem are expanding their operations in Walnut Grove. For Scarlet Health organization to remain competitive, it needs to employ an offensive marketing strategy and offer quality health services to attract and retain its customers(1511 words)
