System assessment and threat agents are common aspects when it comes to the security of computer systems. Computer systems are faced with many threats, which pose a great risk to operations in organizations. Most threat agents normally affect the vulnerable systems so that they can comprise the system to either gain financially or cause harm. However, some other threat agents attack unintentionally and end up causing harm. Therefore, system assessments need to be done regularly to identify weak links in a system that can be used by an attacker to perform an attack.(780 words)
