Answer preview
By doing this, the project coordinators will not only understand the communication process and the various sources of mistakes but also learn how to counteract their tendency to make these mistakes. The net effect of this will be that the project coordinators will ensure that there is a minimal loss of meaning in their communications. The fact that the training will also include aspects of non-verbal communication increases the odds of it becoming effective. This is because most communication occurs non-verbally (Grantham University, 2018). The message a sender might share non-verbally can repeat, contradict, accent, compliment, or substitute the verbal message they share (Grantham University, 2018).
Due to this, learning how to identify and decipher non-verbal communication correctly, be it visual, tactile, vocal, or the use of space, image, and time is vital. In addition, for the project coordinators to be skillful and effective communicators, they must comprehend the value of non-verbal communication (Grantham University, 2018). Once this happens, they will be able to enhance their effectiveness and comprehend what others are saying to them.
