Answer preview
Health care practitioners should be able to deal with their biasness to be comfortable enough to address and provide health care facilities to the LGBT community. Every person, regardless of gender, should be able to address issues related to LGBT patients. The United States department of health and human service should launch LGBT offices of health to do research and estimate the full extent of their disparities in sexual orientation and gender identity (Shattell & Chinn, 2014). IT will help gay, lesbian, and bisexuals to be able to come out and be able to talk about sexual issues or gender identity to understand well the LGBT community to assist in the expansion of public procedures and agendas that seek to improve the wellbeing and health of LGBT community (Shattell & Chinn, 2014).
