Access controls play a significant role in risk mitigation, and I am the only individual with access to sensitive records and intervention plans. Another effective strategy is educating clients about their rights and the potential risks of record access. I ensure clients understand the importance of safeguarding their records and know their rights to monitor and control access to promote their vigilance about their personal information.
