Answer preview
During the musculoskeletal assessment, I asked the patient if she was experiencing any symptoms such as muscle weakness, pain, swelling of the muscles, redness in her legs, warmth, or stiffness. I also asked her if she had ever been treated for chronic musculoskeletal diseases such as any form of arthritis. It was necessary to know if she had previous surgeries on the bones or muscles, such as knee or hip surgery, or if she was taking any medication or herbs for the muscles or bones (Rn, 2021). The patient did not have any musculoskeletal symptoms based on the data gathered. She has never had surgeries on her bones or muscles, nor is she taking any medication or supplements for her bones.
The subjective neurological data incorporated asking the patient about her demographic, personal, medical, and socioeconomic history of her family. That was to assess her mental status, sensory functioning, pupillary response, reflexes, the cerebellum, and vital signs. Based on the data gathered, her nervous system was normally functioning, meaning that her normal daily functioning was not affected. Additionally, the patient did not experience any pain, blurry vision, fatigue, or decreased arm and leg movement, nor did she experience numbness
