Most importantly, I believe that teachers should be cautious about their message when teaching. When engaging in thoughtful discussions, their opinions and ideas should be sensitive. Instructors need to understand personal biases that endorse racism and bullying. Their actions help learners realize that relying on personal biases promotes social injustices. Consequently, students get empowered to engage in advocacy activities on social justice, such as social media campaigns that raise awareness of social change. Their collaborative efforts in shunning the social injustices through the campaigns they create have a positive impact on society. In actuality, the students realize the importance of being ambassadors of social change. However, they cannot engage in such ventures if they do not learn from the classroom setting the importance of eliminating discriminatory actions.
