For any organizational change to succeed, leaders should look more at the people who will live with the change as they are the ones who will make sure the change takes place effectively. Any change introduced in any organization should be well supported in terms of money and time as it should be efficient enough as it is a long-term thing. Also, leaders should support the change team to give them motivation in implementing the change. Any change implemented should be well planned to reduce unnecessary breakdowns and make sure it is timely presented to avoid inconveniences. For example, Blockbuster failed to adopt a digital change of streaming movies online due to its lack of planning.
