Answer preview
Consumer behavior is a concept used to study the processes used by individual consumers, organizations or groups when they purchase, choose, consume, and dispose of goods and services. Moreover, it also requires marketers to study consumers’ social, mental, emotional, and behavioral responses. Marketers recognize that understanding the demographics that influence the way consumers buy specific goods and services will help them determine products with high demand in the market (Mothersbaugh et al., 2019). It also helps them identify obsolete products and create the best mechanism for presenting the goods in high demand to consumers. Furthermore, marketers can innovate efficient and unique advertisement techniques targeting a particular audience.
