Answer previewThe target audience for my Philadelphia community health assessment is all the stakeholders with the community’s health care system (Nedjat et al., 2010). previously, I identified heart disease as a major health concern affecting this community. More specifically, my target audience, as it pertains to the inadequacy of the intervention programs instituted to combat CHD, includes the following; health care professionals, nonprofits, regulatory agencies, local community members, and finally, health care organizations. All these categories of individuals have a stake in the war to lower the number of people suffering from heart disease.
