    • Once staffing needs are established, what procedures are utilized for filling job vacancies?
    • What methods are used to recruit new employees?
    • How do you utilize social network sites and the Internet for recruiting, selection, etc.? How effective are these?
    • What methods and criteria are used for evaluating, interviewing, and selecting job applicants?
    • To what degree does the organization seek to fill existing job vacancies from among present employees or by recruiting new employees, and why? Do you have established policies?
