According to Willis et al. (2017), leadership and Management tend to have many similarities that most people rarely note any difference between them. However, the two subjects have outstanding diversities, but in combination, leadership and Management are critical contributors to the success of many institutions. In leadership, leaders have their followers because of their unique characters, actions, or prowess, while in Management, the managers have people who work for them.
