           Organizational processes are tasks and activities that the organization puts in place to establish specific organizational goals and the processes and resources needed to achieve those goals (Eckel & Hartley, 2008). Such processes may include product development, resource allocation, and order fulfillment. These administrative processes are a vital part of the organization’s decision-making process, especially when certain elements such as innovations are to be introduced into the organization. Since innovations affect organizational goals and processes, these processes may significantly deter innovations if they limit their goals. However, if the innovations proposed to align with the organizational processes, they may be a welcome tool towards achieving the set goals.
