Presentation of evaluation results.

Topic 7 DQ 2

Describe the elements of an effective presentation of evaluation results. What are the most efficacious modes of information delivery?

Answer preview

After evaluating a program, the information gathered and recommendations established must be communicated to stakeholders. The evaluation reporting process is critical because it plays a significant role in convincing stakeholders to adopt suggestions (Guba & Lincoln, 2017). Due to the complexity of information derived from the quantitative breakdown of a particular program’s assessment through surveys, tracking, focus groups, and statistics, a proper presentation approach that improves comprehensibility must be applied to suit all stakeholders’ requirements. Numerous elements must be embedded in an evaluation presentation to maximize effectiveness.
