As you complete your degree, this assignment provides the opportunity for you to look back over the milestone moments in your program and share significant events and learning which have contributed to your professional growth and practice.

Using the program outcomes as a framework, compose a Program Outcomes Retrospective Paper explaining how you have mastered each program outcome and how this experience has contributed to your overall life’s work. For each program outcome, use the capstone artifacts to provide concrete examples of these milestone moments in a well-developed, clear, and thorough rationale paragraph.

The key program outcome under this was the development of an ability to not only identify but also apply the processes and theories used to assess student learning within post-secondary educational settings to determine the effectiveness of academic programs. From my artifacts, it is clear that my mastery of this program outcome meets the expected standard. This is because I was able to conduct an outcomes-based evaluation of my selected adult education program, conduct a performance analysis, and the other stipulated assignments (Reed, 2015). My competency in this program is also quite good, considering I was able to integrate the theoretical knowledge gathered from class and apply it to guide my research when doing my assignments. In addition, my artifacts reflect mastery of key program concepts and theories. Concerning this program, I currently cannot pinpoint any competency gaps.
