Among the three classifications of special events are corporate events, social events, and charity balls and fundraising events. Corporates events involve a corporation’s management, employees, and the owners, which may include annual meetings, product launches, sales meetings, training meetings, award ceremonies, and press meetings. Social events include weddings, birthday parties, engagement parties, graduation parties, anniversary parties, military events, holiday parties, and other types of social events or gatherings (Walker, 2020). The charity balls and fundraising events are used to raise funds for a charity organization or a particular group.
