The best way to ensure health care professionals are equipped with the requisite skills and knowledge is to take charge of their education and training. The organization was able to capitalize on this through these academic affiliations to ensure that its workforce was provided with the highest quality of education, which integrates its strengths, values, and ethics. Doing this ensured that its staff was able to provide the best care possible to patients, an aspect that immensely contributes to the success associated with the health care organization (Swenson et al., 2019). Educating and training health care professionals is not enough for the organization.
