For example, Americans living in urban communities and vulnerable rural areas, the hospital is an important, and often their only, source of health and so if a transformation in the health care field and hospitals continues, some parts of the country may be at risk of losing access to health care services and the opportunities and resources they need to maintain and improve their health. That’s why it is important to address some determinants before changing health reforms.
