In Newskool Groove’s case, employees are exposed to American, Ukrainian, and German cultures. All these cultures have different perspectives on how employees should interact and conduct themselves within the working environment. Courtesy of this, conflicts will arise, especially when employees from different cultures interact. Once this happens, workplace cooperation and collaboration are adversely affected, an aspect that threatens the efficiency boundaryless structures accord to organizations such as Newskool (Robbins & Judge, 2016). For instance, due to the culture in LA, employees at this office prefer to work from home, only going to the office once a week to attend company meetings. This culture is quite different from the one adopted in Ukraine, whereby employees are expected to go to work every day of the week. Under these circumstances, employees at the LA office will have a hard time collaborating on a project with their counterparts from Ukraine and vice versa.
