Some organizations are likely to encourage their employees to engage in corrupt and dishonest behavior. The organization tends to promote fraudulent or dishonesty behavior to evade law violations or increase benefits. Organizations encourage their employees to commit unethical behavior to increase profits. For instance, a company may encourage employees to inflate the stock value. Secondly, an organization may encourage employees to be dishonest hide some irregularities (Low, Davey, & Hooper,2008). There are no personal benefits to the corruption that the organization can gain. It ruins its reputation more than the benefits it can get from engaging in dishonest and corrupt behavior.
