The media has been able to reach areas the police and crime control institutions cannot reach. The second topic discusses democracy, freedom, and rights of expression. According to research conducted by SOUSA (2021), everyone has the right to express their voices and feelings, which has contributed to the formation of a democratic society (Howie, 2018).
