Answer preview

According to Jenkins (2018), social entrapreneurial involves developing a new business model, service, or product that creates value for society and the company as well.  The social entrapreneurs assist their employers in meeting sustainability commitment and create value for both the organization’s clients and communities in a manner that they are built to last. The CEMEX scenario presents a new and different social entrapraneurial venture.  First, the company builds on systems that will help employees to become social entrepreneurs. CEMEX has two intrapreneur ports of call. It has CEMEX ventures which support the development and implementation of the revolutionary and disruptive investment.  The company disrupts the construction material manufacturing companies by introducing a new model. By establishing, the company empowers both its employees and community, thus strengthening its brand.  Secondly, the venture focuses on building capability—the company values solving social problems.
