Robert Thom paintings depicting the history of pharmacy are well known in most parts of the world (Larsen, 2012). Numerous museums across the world have had an opportunity to showcase his paintings in their exhibitions. Even though he was the painter, Thom was not the person behind the initial idea to document the history of pharmacy on canvasses. Such a privilege falls on George A.
