Essay 5 pages Ethics about a X company and discuss why they were accused of unethical practices
Choose an International or multinational company (example: NIKE, Nestles, Wal-Mart, BP, Siemens, etc.) that was accused of unethical practices and write 5 pages of TEXT on what led up to the accusation and recommendations to the company. You may go over a few lines but not under. Plus the cover page or references.
Introduction: Ethics in business is critical for trust, however, there are many grey areas of what is, and is not, ethical. The business world has always relied heavily on contractual agreements while conducting business. These contracts while written in ink are set in stone. Many multinationals have been charged with unethical behaviors.
Policy: Use peer-reviewed articles from 2009 – present to support your research, in APA Format.

Business ethics are increasingly becoming an integral component of the corporate world. The concept of business ethics refers to practices and policies adopted by companies that act as guiding framework when dealing with difficult and controversial situations (Hill, 2014). Having the right kind of business ethics enables an organization to create an atmosphere of trust with their clientele. Over the years, especially before introducing corporate governance ideals, which gave rise to the concept of business ethics, many organizations would find themselves entangled in a web of immoral business practices (Schwartz, 2002). One of these organizations is Nestle, a global leader in the manufacture and sale of infant formula. This organization will form the basis of this case study analysis, geared not only towards helping people understand the nature of the baby formula controversy but also elucidate on the various recommendations that might have helped address or avert the dispute.
